External envelope to the 11 storey height building, incorporating:

Ground floor facade carried out as a thermally broken silicone structural glazed aluminum system
Unitized facades constructed as a bespoke thermally bespoken aluminium-glass-system with decorative terracotta feature elements
Terracotta rainscreen cladding to the solid wall areas
Atrium facade and roof designed as a bespoke thermally broken steel-glass-system
Lift shaft glazing
Glass channel system
Main entrance area with automatic revolving doors and access control
